This set features an extendable dining table and 6 dining chairs. We have showcased in the original brown leather, you can choose your upholstery of choice to match your decor. The chairs will feature brand new foam and customised fabric from a select range of Warwick fabric.

Rare and hard to find, this set is very unique and will be the centre piece of your dining room.

All chairs have had their joints stabilised and finished in Danish oil. Dining table has been cleaned and oiled, some slight scratches and signs of wear exist on top, however it presents beautifully.

Maker

Danish Deluxe was founded in 1958 by Neville Ashkanasy, John Westacott and Borg Gjorstvang. Based in Huntingdale Victoria, Danish Deluxe was a Melbourne furniture design and manufacturing company.

Designing inhouse and under license contemporary mid-century modern furniture often influenced by Scandinavian design, DDL also commissioned leading local Australian Designers, including George Kral and Max and Maggie May. DDL also manufactured the Grant and Mary Featherson "Talking Chair MKII".

Danish Deluxe advertised and sold nationally from 1968 to the early 1980s, including offshore markets in New Zealand and Hong Kong.
