This website is designed to give you a flavour about us and what we do, and the information provided here is general and for informational purposes only. We may amend these Terms of Use or website content at any time. If we do, your continued use of the website will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms of Use and content. It’s up to you to keep yourself updated on any changes ‑ we’ll make a song and dance about some things, but not all, so you should check back here regularly.

We will do our best to provide current and accurate information on this website, but things can and do change, and we may (from time to time) need to correct statements and representations made on this website.

If the website lists prices, those prices on this website are expressed in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are current at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time without notice.

After you have placed your order and we have processed your payment we will provide you with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available. It represents confirmation that we have received your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch your product(s) or you collect them from our nominated location. The sale contract is therefore concluded in New South Wales, Australia.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied by law are excluded from these Terms of Use and we are not responsible to you or anyone else for any loss arising out of the use of this website, or any of its content (so there!).

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Consumer and Competition Act 2010), this website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied and we make no warranties or representations as to the information, software or materials and products available on this website. Prices, payment and GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST. All payments are processed in Australian dollars. We accept payment by PayPal as displayed on the website and during the checkout process. Cash, Credit and Debit cards are also accepted if collection of products is made in person or via other means. We use the ‘Square’ payment platform for these Debt and Credit card transactions. This form of transaction incurs a 2.2% surcharge.

Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to our website or other form of notification.

Payment security
We’ve taken reasonable steps to make the website secure. You must not violate or attempt to violate the security of the website. You must not: access data that is not intended for you or which you are not authorised to access; pretend that you are someone else; pretend that you represent someone who you do not actually represent; probe, scan or test a system or network to breach security or authentication measures; access, acquire, copy or monitor any content without our authorisation; impose an unreasonable load on our systems or networks; or attempt to obtain goods or services to which you are not entitled.

We use industry standard encryption to keep your personal information secure throughout the payment process. We do not permanently store your credit card or bank information. We will not be liable for any damages or losses (whether direct or indirect) caused if a member’s card is used fraudulently.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards or other payment options, we will undertake reasonable efforts to validate the legitimacy of the order and payment method. We do not guarantee that we can prevent the fraudulent use of such information by unauthorised third parties.

Delivery/Shipping

Structured Rebellion can arrange nationwide (Australia) delivery at the customers’ expense for furniture and large art items, or items can be collected from our Gold Coast location (at no charge).

Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location and product purchase, so please enquire below prior to purchase and we will provide a quote.

Other items such as art, photography and select homewares where shipping costs are known or included in the purchase price, we will highlight this on the product pages, cart and checkout. All postage is through regular post via Australia Post, with tracking numbers provided once sent.

We do recommend you review all photos and where possible view furniture and homewares in person prior to purchase to ensure you’re happy. These pieces are mid-century and several years old, so it is hard to capture all wear and tear marks, knocks to wood and veneer frames and surfaces. We try our best to capture exact colours and detail in every product description and photo.

We are located on the Gold Coast, Queensland for viewing appointments.

Please note risk in the product passes to you on commencement of delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products after delivery.

Returns and Warranty

All pieces are sold as-is with imperfections highlighted prior to sale. We ask you review all photos and where possible view furniture and homewares in person prior to purchase to ensure you’re happy. These pieces are mid-century and several years old, so it is hard to capture all wear and tear marks, knocks to wood and veneer frames and surfaces. We try our best to capture exact colours and detail in every product description and photo. Any questions please get in touch.

With regard to artwork and photography, each order is unique to each customer and all sales are final. The printed image will never exactly match what you see on a monitor and we are not liable for the final colour appearance of a laminated product.

You must ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete and you agree that we may carry out reasonable security and identity checks at any time.
